iVent Inventory Clerks was established In 2016 by Russell and Tessa Lancaster after being long term tenants and seeing the pitfalls that surrounded tenancies, we soon discovered room for improvement within inventory reporting and its services.

With many months of research, and discussions with many agents, landlords and tenants, we realised the true importance of having and honest, unbiased and factual document which protects all parties and iVent Inventory Clerks was finally born.
